  • ARRIVAL: August 29, 2020
  • HISTORY:  Reggie was found as a stray and taken to a high kill shelter.  When space became an issue, we spoke up for him.

Reggie is such a great fellow!   Just ask any volunteer and or staff member.  This super pleasant fellow arrived with his quirky, slightly coiled tail proudly wagging and it has not stopped since! It goes 24/7!  Polite and easy to manage, Reggie keeps a steady, broad grin as you easily hook him up for a walk on our trails.  The fun is just about to begin as he loves hanging with humans and exploring our grounds and perhaps even meeting others on his way (both humans and other dogs) is just icing on the cake for this handsome fellow.  Not showing much interest in chasing balls or catching frisbees, Reggie’s real focus is to simply hang and chill with a human by his side.  Patient and happy to be part of the action,  Reggie would easily fit into almost any type of home environment.

Volunteer Comment: Today I had the pleasure of working with Reggie. He already knows sit. We worked on look and down. He did really well. He is treat motivated and enjoys learning new things. Reggie is a sweet, happy dog. He has a nice smile with that dark masked face and an adorable curly-Q kind of tail. Happy and friendly are words often used to describe Reggie. He loves humans and other dogs so don’t miss out on this special guy!
