Shadow is a fourteen-year-old lab mix. Shadow is a sweet senior dog who would love to live out the remainder of her life with lots of cuddles and spending time with her owners. Shadow loves car rides and getting treats. Shadow is a bit shy at first but will warm up to you with time. It is unknown how Shadow does around cats, and because of the energy level with children, it overwhelms her. Shadow does well with a corgi mix, Shorty she currently lives with and the husky next door.
Please contact Camille Jones directly at 804-894-7485 if you can help with Shorty and or Shadow. Our goal is to help Shorty and Shadow find permanent homes as soon as possible. Their owner loves them dearly but he requires surgery and then will be entering into an assisted living facility. He will be unable to have his dogs with him. For the wellbeing of his beloved dogs, he has agreed to find them new, loving homes. They are not a bonded pair.
