I’M AT MY BEST WHEN I’M WITH MY BROTHER!

THE BASICS:

  • HOUND MIX; white and tan
  • ADULT MALE; EST DOB: 2015
  • ARRIVAL: November 14, 2020
  • HISTORY: Cash was a transfer from Galax Carroll Grayson Shelter in Galax, VA.

When Cash and his brother Hank first arrived at CFC, they were in pretty rough shape. Both were very skinny and Cash had a deformed, stunted front leg which we have since surgically removed. After some time, attention, and lots and lots of food, both boys are looking and feeling a whole lot better. Cash is a happy, friendly dog who loves to meet people. He doesn’t really show much interest with toys. For Cash, just hanging out with his brother and his human friends is enough. Cash is a package deal with his brother Hank. They are a bonded pair and should be adopted together! Just look at how happy he is. How could you resist that face?

A Word from Cash

“I love attention, and especially when my brother is here too!  We’ve been separated lately to heal from our separate surgeries, but now we are back together and better than ever!  I am getting used to having just the one leg in front, and boy, does it ever feel better!  My fur is growing back, and I am getting better balance walking around. Put us in the arena together and watch us play! “

What Cash Needs in His Home

Will you be the one? Hank and Cash are ready for a new adventure in a home that will treat them right! Someone who would love them and pet them, and let them play in their back yard, provided it is fenced, would be awesome. While they were recuperating after their respective surgeries, neither was destructive and both seemed to be house-trained. If you have another dog, no problem! They have not yet been cat tested, and we are not sure about children; perhaps a teenager or two would be fine. So, get two for the price of one, and enjoy double the love!
