HISTORY: Marmalade along with her littermate, Pixie, was surrendered from a large unmanaged cat colony with ~100 cats.

Look at the adorable Marmalade! Upon her arrival, she displayed a shy demeanor, a characteristic prevalent among cats rescued from the colony. Her restricted exposure to human contact limited her capacity to trust and accept affection. Thanks to the dedication of our staff and volunteers, Marmalade has emerged from her shell and is now thriving as a playful and affectionate kitten, thoroughly enjoying the attention she receives.

Marmalade along with her littermate, Pixie, fill their days with playtime using cat toys and lively romps throughout their shared condo, exhibiting her energetic and curious nature. She adores being petted and doesn’t mind being held, though at this time she prefers to keep her four paws on the floor. As she gets older this may change.
