CHICKO

HISTORY: Chicko was brought to CFC along with his littermates, Thelma, Groucho and Margaret from a local cat colony.

Introducing Chicko, the irresistibly cute fluffy black teen kitten! He and his siblings arrived at CFC when they were about five weeks old. During a routine check, one of our dedicated volunteers discovered them wandering in the colony’s yard, without any sign of their mother nearby. From the moment Chicko and his siblings joined CFC, they have captured the hearts of our staff and volunteers with their incredible cuteness.

Chicko is remarkably sociable, and he seems to adore everyone he meets! His affectionate nature makes him a favorite among both staff and visitors at CFC. He loves being petted and eagerly welcomes gentle touches. In fact, Chicko often seeks attention by playfully stretching up your leg, charmingly asking for “uppies” when he wants to be picked up.

His loving demeanor extends beyond just seeking affection; Chicko has a special way of making everyone around him feel valued. Whether it’s a soft purr or a playful nuzzle, he knows how to brighten anyone’s day. This social butterfly of a kitten is always excited to make new friends and share his delightful personality with everyone he encounters.

Chicko gets along wonderfully with the other cats in his room. While he typically doesn’t actively seek their attention, he occasionally enjoys cozy cuddle sessions with his brother, Groucho, and his roommate, Tammie. His interactions with other cats are characterized by a calm and serene demeanor, making him a peaceful presence in the room. Chicko’s easygoing nature allows him to fit in seamlessly with his feline companions, never causing disruptions or conflicts. His ability to coexist harmoniously speaks volumes about his adaptable and gentle personality.

While Chicko loves cuddles and affection, he also possesses a playful streak that’s hard to resist. One of his favorite pastimes is chasing after the wand toy. One of our volunteers often brings a “cat dancer,” much to the delight of Chicko and his furry friends. As the wand toy dances in the air, Chicko’s eyes sparkle with excitement, and he leaps gracefully, trying to catch it. His playful antics are a joy to behold and bring smiles to everyone around.
