At any given time, the Caring For Creatures sanctuary is home to over 200 animals. As a not-for-profit organization, we support our work entirely through tax-deductible donations from individuals like yourself as well as fundraising activities. It takes approximately $1,000 per day to operate our facility!
Become a Provider
A Provider is an individual who pledges to financially support one or more “staples of Life” each month for the sanctuary dogs and/or cats.
These “staples of life” include dog and cat food and cat litter. On average, our food expense per month is around $3,100 and the monthly litter cost is about $650 (see below).
From Nose to Tail Medical Fund
This important fund is all about saving lives and treating any and all medical conditions that arise in the animals under our care. Our goal is to maintain a balance of $5,000 in this fund at all times. These dollars are reserved to cover not only routine expenses for medications, diagnostic testing, spay and neuter surgeries, vaccines, heartworm preventative, but also for emergency vet visits.
Your investment in this fund means everything to the animals and directly supports their well-being. For some, your gift will save their life. If you would like to earmark a gift for this fund, we would be most grateful!
Donate your vehicle and help our animals!
Donate your car, truck, motorcycle, RV, and even boat to Caring For Creatures. Donating is easy, the pick-up is free, and proceeds from the sale will help provide food and medical care to the 200 cats and dogs who call CFC home.
