DUSTIN

HISTORY: Dustin was surrendered from a local unmanaged cat colony along with his littermates Mike and Will.

Allow us to introduce Dustin, an adorable gray kitten who joined us alongside his siblings, Mike and Will, from the colony. Although he was initially quite timid upon arrival, he quickly became more comfortable and started to interact with our staff and volunteers. He loves to be petted, although he remains somewhat hesitant about being held, as he prefers to keep his paws grounded.

He thoroughly enjoys spending his days playing and having fun with his brothers and the other kittens at The Scratching Post Kitchen. He has a great rapport with his fellow kittens and is particularly fond of engaging with cat toys. A little adventurer at heart, one moment you might find him in one corner of the kitchen, and in the next, he’s all the way across the room! Dustin’s playful nature is matched only by his curiosity. He loves exploring every nook and cranny, often leading his siblings on little expeditions around their temporary home.

His gentle demeanor and friendly spirit make him a wonderful companion for any family. We’re excited to find him a forever home where he can continue to thrive and bring joy to everyone around him. More about me March 2026: For a good time, call 1-800-DUSTIN!  Our grey friend DUSTIN has grown up right before our eyes and what a strapping, marvelous young kitty of the finest character he’s become!  If you play your cards just right,  he might be the one to welcome you to his room.  He’s a smaller framed fella and a bit quick on his feet, so be on the lookout!  Curious and wishing to be a part of the action,  he’s apt to follow you around hoping for some interaction.  Whip out a long feathered toy and let the fun and games begin!  He can reach great heights and is quite nimble, so be prepared for “Game On” when it’s feather toy time. Very much a teen at heart and on paper,  he’s a delightful, sweet, gentle natured youngster just waiting for YOU to discover him.  Will you be the one to offer him his first ever full time pet position?
