HISTORY: Groucho was brought to CFC along with his littermates, Thelma, Chicko and Margaret from a local cat colony.
Take a moment to meet Groucho, whose sleek black fur is incredibly soft to the touch. Don’t be misled by his name; he’s truly a lovebug! He, along with his siblings—Chicko, Margaret, and Thelma— was brought to CFC at around five weeks old, discovered by one of our volunteers during a visit to the colony. The little ones were found wandering in a yard, with no mother in sight.
From the moment Groucho and his siblings joined us, they quickly became beloved by our staff and volunteers, garnering plenty of affection and attention! Groucho is quite sociable and enjoys being held and cuddled; he often snuggles into your arms to get cozy. However, like most kittens, he will soon want to explore, scampering around on the floor in search of something to investigate!
Groucho and his siblings share a wonderful bond, whether they’re having fun during playtime or winding down for a cozy nap! Throughout the day, they enjoy their time outside their condo, exploring the kitchen floor at The Scratching Post. Whether they’re playing together or darting around like playful kittens, they always have a fantastic time! Watching them play is a joy; they pounce and tumble with endless energy, their tiny paws pattering across the floor. As the day winds down and they are back in their condo, they gather together in a cozy pile of purring contentment, their little bodies nestled into one another.
As Groucho continues to develop, we eagerly anticipate witnessing the evolution of his personality as well. His journey from a tiny, lost kitten to a beloved member of CFC is just the beginning. We look forward to seeing Groucho thrive and bring happiness to all who cross his path.
