MARGO

01/25/2025
Female
Brown Tabby with a white blaze on chest and white paws.
HISTORY: Margo was surrendered from a local unmanaged cat colony with ~100 cats.
Introducing the charming Margo, and prepare to be captivated by the irresistible charm
of her one-of-a-kind feline face! At first, Margo displayed significant shyness around others, a typical characteristic of colony cats. Her past experiences offered her minimal social interaction, resulting in a deficiency of trust and affection towards humans.
Check her out now! While she may still be a little shy around new faces, Margo truly enjoys head scratches and full-body pets from those she trusts. She particularly enjoys having her ears scratched! Margo is comfortable letting those she trusts pick her up and cuddle with her, but she prefers to keep her paws on the ground. She can become a bit anxious with sudden movements, so it’s best to approach her slowly and gently.
While Margo has been introduced to the other cats in her vicinity as she is carried around the room, she has not had any direct interactions with them outside of her condo. She is currently waiting for her spay appointment.
Margo has a gentle temperament and enjoys both playtime and snuggling up for a nap. Whether she’s chasing after a toy or curling up on your lap, she brings joy and warmth to any household. If you’re ready to welcome this delightful kitty into your life, Margo might just be the purr-fect addition to your family!
Volunteer Update April 2025: All and I mean ALL the chatter amongst volunteers and staff alike is about MARGO. Margo this. Margo that. And why Margo? Well, she’s the most wonderful curiosity, ever! This very, very petite kitty sports a semi scrunched up face, crinkly whiskers and did we mention she’s tiny?? Like super tiny! Is she a dwarf kitty? She might be. We are mesmerized by her cuteness and her sweetness. It’s super hard to walk by her condo and not reach in to pet her, love on her and or scoop her up and burrito her in your lap. As fond as everyone is of MARGO, it’s startling she’s not yet gone home. This is your chance though. Ask for our smallest girl with the big personality and love factor.
