TOM

HISTORY: Before being brought to CFC, Tom was frequently crossing a busy street to visit an office warehouse. Eventually, the business owners convinced his owners to surrender him, and he was taken to the vet where he tested positive for FIV.  Tom arrived with his good friend Timothy.

Tom’s fondness for being petted and pampered is contagious, making you feel grateful for the opportunity to interact with him. Take a seat next to him and he may gracefully roll over, exposing his soft tummy for a gratifying rubbing experience.

Tom, a recent addition to the FIV room at The Scratching Post, is presently being a bit cautious around his feline companions. Currently, he is maintaining a low profile, seeking out a comfortable spot to relax. We believe once he embraces the tranquility of the room, he’ll unlock the true potential of socializing with his feline friends. At this time he hasn’t shown interest in cat toys, at least not while humans are around!
