Hi I’m Rex!
I am believed to be a Golden Retriever Pitbull mix and about 2 years old. I’m neutered and have no known health issues. My story is a little sad to begin with but hopefully it will end up being a happy one. My previous owner dumped me in a subdivision in Palmyra. I tried to go back with them but they just drove away. I was scared and found a nice lady who gave me water and food but I had to sleep outside in the cold.

Thankfully, this wonderful lady named Krista came and rescued me and took me home with her. I was hoping this could be my forever home but unfortunately it is not the best place for me to stay. I don’t get to spend much time outside in my kennel and run around like I need. I need a family with a fenced in yard, plenty of space to do my zoomies and will continue my training to be the bestest boy ever, I am VERY excited until I get my zoomies out.

I love to chew on things but if I have a good bone to chew on I tend to leave other things alone. I’m very much a people pleaser but fun is the name of the game. I know basic commands and am kennel and house trained. I absolutely love to go on walks and run! I also get along with kitty cats and dogs. I’m currently staying with my rescue Krista at her home and will remain here until I find my forever home.
