HISTORY: Oscar came to the sanctuary as a surrender. His owner was no longer able to provide care due to medical and financial issues.
Oscar has a quirky personality as cute as his curly Bulldog tail. He is able to let you know when he needs to go out by barking with his scratchy bully bark. Oscar does well on a leash but sometimes thinks his leash is a toy and will “get it” as you are walking him. Oscar does okay with other dogs but prefers to be the only handsome fella around. He will thrive in a home where he is your one and only. Oscar also does fine with cats, mostly ignoring them after a quick sniff.
Oscar is an English Bulldog and will need an owner that realizes just how special this breed can be. Smoosh face brachycephalic dogs need help with chapped noses and wrinkle cleaning. Oscar LOVES chew bones and has no problem letting you know he does not share. He also loves to go for rides and will do his best to hop in the car by himself but usually needs a little boost due to his short, squat legs. Oscar is a good boy looking for his forever home and just needs a chance to show you how sweet and funny he can be. Note: About 60lbs.
