HISTORY: Willow was found as a stray at a local store in Fluvanna and brought here to CFC on 5/28/25. Although she had a collar, no one has come forward to claim her.
Willow’s name really describes this pumpkin. She has proven that she is resilient and flexible, and can adapt quickly to new situations with grace. Willow is a very mellow, gentle gal. She is a little bit shy upon first meeting her, but is super sweet. Willow was found roaming around a local store in our area. She was covered in fleas and ticks, had been skunked, and rather thin. Upon arrival here at CFC, she seemed grateful just to have the most basic things. This poor girl after having her first meal in who knows how long, went happily into her new comfy house and took a long snooze. Now that she is receiving the medical attention she clearly needed, love, and some groceries, her personality is starting to come out. This submissive sweetie is ready to give and receive the love she deserves. Willow walks great on a leash and is happy just to be with you. She loves everyone here, and is quickly stealing hearts, with her gentle, unobtrusive nature. Although she may still smell a little skunky, she is absolutely a cutie. Sporting a now sleek black and white coat and the face of an angel, Willow is wanting and needing a family of her own.
