  • HISTORY: Wawa was found as a stray by Shadow Cat Advocates at a Wawa gas station. He was transferred to CFC due to his positive FIV status.
  • ARRIVAL: 2/21/2023
  • MEDICAL NOTE: Wawa is FIV positive.

Meet Wawa, our newest resident to R3, our FIV room, at the Scratching Post. Wawa is very shy. In his life before CFC and Shadow Cats, Wawa’s experience with people was limited and not positive. It may take him sometime to adjust to the comforts of indoor living and interacting with humans, but he has already approved of his food. The staff and volunteers use a soft voice and relaxed movements to help him feel more at ease. Please help us in making Wawa’s transition to socialization go as smooth as possible!
